    Transportation and Accessibility

    74Wythe is centrally located in Williamsburg for easy access, whether your guests are arriving from JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Liberty. The G Nassau Avenue and L Bedford Avenue subway stations are less than a 10-minute walk from 74Wythe.

    74Wythe is within a five-block walk from five boutique hotels (Wythe Hotel is next door) and surrounded by acclaimed restaurants and bars for visiting guests to enjoy. 

    Across the street from 74Wythe are Brooklyn Brewery and Brooklyn Bowl. Domino Park is a nearby must-visit for its panoramic views of the Williamsburg Bridge and New York City.

    Deposits & Policies

    In order to secure 74Wythe for your wedding day, a 30% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the actual wedding date.

     We accept checks, wire transfers and all major credit cards. 

    Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

    1% of net fees to 74Wythe events will go to a local Brooklyn charity.
