What does the rental price include?
The venue comes equipped with lounge furniture, round tables, rectangular tables, reception chairs, security and in-house audio-visual and lighting capabilities.
How many hours does the venue rental fee include?
Our standard rental fee is based on a 12-hour day. During the planning process, we will determine the best 12-hour time period to accommodate your vendor load-in, load-out and your actual event time.
Can I extend the hours of my event?
Yes, we do allow for an extension of your event rental at an additional hourly rate.
What does the bar package include and is it an exclusive with the venue?
74Wythe is the exclusive provider for all beverages, organization, presentation and staffing as a part of the bar service at your wedding or event. Every package includes bar glassware, bar staff, bar fruit, mixers, soft drinks, still water, sparkling water, liqueurs, garnishes and ice.

Do you have to rent the whole venue, or can you rent individual spaces?
The venue can be rented exclusively or as individual spaces for smaller events and according to your specific needs & preferences.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
In order to secure a date for your wedding or event at 74Wythe, a 30% deposit is required within 5 days upon signature of the contract. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event date. Deposits are refundable 60+ days prior to the event date.
Do you offer tables and chairs?
Tables and chairs are included in the venue rental fee. Use of our outdoor lounge furniture is included with the rental of The Rooftop. If you prefer to bring in your own rentals and/or supplement with additional furniture, we partner with many vendors who offer a variety of furniture options. Rental furniture may also be sourced through your caterer, which is also accounted for in our sample catering packages. Depending upon your event type and style preferences, furniture rentals vary between an average of $30 - $60 per person.
Do you offer coat service?
Yes, we offer coat check service as part of the venue fee for events May - October. Should you require a coat check attendant June - September, an additional staffing fee is required.
Am I responsible for clean up?
74Wythe will have the event space cleaned and ready for your arrival. During the event we will have a cleaning team on site to manage all restrooms, entryways and passageways for your guests. Following your event it is your or the caterers responsibility to do the following:
All event items must be removed from the venue during the load out; typically the 12 hour rental time
All rental items (dishware, silverware, furniture, etc.) must be picked up during the load out
Kitchen must be cleared out and clean of any food and beverage items
Remove all trash and placed in the dumpsters outside the venue
If in-house seated reception furniture (tables and chairs) are used it must be placed back in the event storage
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, we have a designated prep kitchen (370 sq feet) equipped with a 6-top burner stove, walk-in refrigerator, service sinks and stainless steel prep tables with a separate/dedicated service entrance. For additional work space, we have a smaller prep kitchen on The Rooftop level.
How many restrooms are in the venue?
The venue has a total of 25 restrooms. We have designated women’s & men’s restrooms as well as individual unisex stalls.
Is the building wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have multiple street-level entrances as well as an ADA elevator with access to all spaces including The Rooftop.
Where do guests park?
Conveniently located on the corner of , free street parking is available any time prior to 12am (midnight) on N 12th Street and from 4pm - 6pm on Wythe Avenue, respectively. We are also located within walking distance of several parking garages that offer seasonal rates as well as valet services at an additional cost. Should your guests require additional or pre arranged transportation such as black car service, taxis, ferries and subway, please inquire for more information (and we are happy to assist).
