You’ll find elegant details around every corner of 74Wythe. Our Williamsburg event space boasts 15,000 square feet imbued with urban sensibilities, setting the scene for the arrival cocktail reception, wedding ceremony, dining reception, dancing, and after party:
The Roof: Some of the best weddings and private events in New York happen outdoors. To that end, The Rooftop holds 400 standing guests and up to 170 seated utilizing all levels and 150 guests seated on the 2,300-square-foot Main Deck. With muraled wall accents, natural light, and striking unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, this outdoor space features a retractable glass enclosure for year-round use.
The Room: With high ceilings and an overlooking Mezzanine, this Art Deco space is the perfect location for your seated reception, cocktail hour, after party and even for a rehearsal dinner prior to your wedding day on our Rooftop. Utilizing both levels, the flexible space seats up to 170 guests with room for dancing. This space also includes access to the Greenroom which contains luxurious furniture, dry bar, private restrooms, and vanity table make the tastefully wallpapered Greenroom the perfect wedding suite. This space is available separately or as a complimentary supplement to The Rooftop.
The Suite: Our latest addition offers the perfect hosting atmosphere for you and your wedding party. Seating for up to 15 people, this space is filled with lavish decor to create an ambiance of togetherness.
- Jbird Cocktails: Make your way through a painted blue door to an unexpected brick tunnel that leads to this exclusive cocktail lounge. This opulent space is suitable for cocktail receptions or after parties and seated dinners for more intimate gatherings. The custom chandelier and velvet bar stools offer a distinctly 1920s vibe with its own private entrance.

Transportation and Accessibility
74Wythe is centrally located in Williamsburg for easy access, whether your guests are arriving from JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark Liberty. The G Nassau Avenue and L Bedford Avenue subway stations are less than a 10-minute walk from 74Wythe.
74Wythe is within a five-block walk from five boutique hotels (Wythe Hotel is next door) and surrounded by acclaimed restaurants and bars for visiting guests to enjoy.
Across the street from 74Wythe are Brooklyn Brewery and Brooklyn Bowl. Domino Park is a nearby must-visit for its panoramic views of the Williamsburg Bridge and New York City.
Deposits & Policies
In order to secure 74Wythe for your wedding day, a 30% non - refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the actual wedding date.
We accept checks, wire transfers and all major credit cards.
Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
1% of net fees to 74Wythe events will go to a local Brooklyn charity.
